We employ multidisciplinary participatory action research to study the different stages of women's experiences in STEM institutions from pre-entry, entry and experience to retention and leadership.
Across our studies, the methods we use range from semi-structured interviews, ethnography, participant observation, focus group discussions, surveys, regression analysis, to state-of-the-art techniques like randomized control trials, textual analysis, and photo mapping. All research studies have obtained ethics clearance from the Institutional Review Board at IIT Delhi.
Because of our team's disciplinary diversity, the studies we undertake provide multifaceted insights into the different stages of women's life cycle in STEM using a critical intersectional lens.
