We are working on understanding experiences of women in STEM institutions through a multidisciplinary approach.

We employ multiple methods including quantitative, qualitative, spatial, and digital ethnographic analysis to study the different stages of women's experiences in STEM institutions from pre-entry, entry and experience to retention and leadership. 

Our podcast series is an effort to share conversations with women in STEM and their experiences at various stages of their career.
